By accessing and using the services provided by Dry2Go Cleaners ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Dry2Go Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, and garment care services with free pickup and delivery in designated service areas across North Texas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Dry cleaning of garments and textiles
- Wash and fold laundry services
- Specialty garment care
- Free pickup and delivery within service areas
3. Service Areas and Scheduling
Our services are available in Prosper, Celina, Frisco, McKinney, and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius. Pickup and delivery schedules are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance through our website or by phone.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned items. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified. A minimum order value may apply for free pickup and delivery services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking all pockets and removing personal items before submitting garments
- Informing us of any stains, damage, or special care requirements
- Providing accurate contact and address information for pickup and delivery
- Being available during scheduled pickup and delivery windows
- Inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours
6. Liability and Disclaimers
While we take utmost care in handling your garments, we cannot guarantee results for all stains or pre-existing damage. Our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or the fair market value of the item, whichever is less. We are not responsible for:
- Items left in pockets
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Color bleeding or fading due to garment defects
- Shrinkage due to improper manufacturer labeling
- Damage to non-colorfast items
- Buttons, beads, sequins, or trims that may be damaged during normal cleaning processes
7. Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 90 days of cleaning completion will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion. Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 30 days.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Pickup appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will re-clean the item at no charge or provide a refund at our discretion.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dry2Go Cleaners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
